Drayton Riverfest
2008

The Society’s contribution to Drayton Riverfest 2008 was its second annual Supper at the Soddy.  With the rainy weather, the meal was served indoors in the community center this year instead of outdoors over an open fire.  On the menu were beef stew, corn muffins, baking powder biscuits, apple crisp, homemade ice cream and beverages. 
Workers staffing the event were dressed in costume and musical entertainment was provided by the Happy Hollow Boys bluegrass group.
